This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide direction to opposite party no.3 Investigating Officer for free and fair investigation in Case Crime no.206 of 2019, under Section 302 IPC, P.S. Mohammadi, District Kheri on dated 09.04.2019 and with a further prayer directing the respondent no.3 to record the statement of petitioner/complainant and other witnesses under Section 161 Cr.P.C. in a just and proper manner and conclude investigation proceedings and arrest the accused persons in aforesaid case crime.
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
