Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
Present writ petition is preferred with request to issue direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.91 of 2022 (Computer Case No.D202211170000091) under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Goondas Control Act, 1970 (State vs. Veer Singh), Police Station Chhatarai, District Bulandshahar.
Learned A.G.A. fairly states that in case the aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Bulandshahr (respondent no.2) to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid case by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
