In response of the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022, learned A.G.A. has placed detailed instructions sent by S.I. Police Station Bhojpur District Ghaziabad indicating therein accused Irfan son of Shamsher and Furqan son Irfan, resident of Kalchhina Bhojpur have been arrested and sent to jail on 22.9.2022 under 151/107/116 Cr.P.C. The said instruction is taken on record.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
