Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.197 of 2022 under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Nawabganj, Distt. Farrukhabad.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the final report has already been submitted on 5.10.2022 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
