The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.04.2022 registered as Case Crime No.38 of 2022 under Section 3 (1) of the U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 , Police Station Kone, District Sonebhadra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. states that in the present matter, chargesheet has already been submitted to the competent court on 16.07.2022. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
