The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 13.07.2022, registered as Case Crime No.0199 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 307 IPC and Section 3 (2) (v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station Eka, District Firozabad.
Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, apprised the Court that after due investigation charge sheet has been submitted in the matter on 07.09.2022 and the same has been forwarded to the competent court and, as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
