Prayer made in this petition is to quash the First Information Report, registered in Case Crime No. 60 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Agra.
Learned A.G.A. points out that the investigation has already concluded in the matter and a chargesheet has already been filed on 3.2.2022.
Faced with above objection, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to pursue his grievance against the chargesheet in appropriate proceedings.
Dismissed, accordingly.
