The supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Heard Shri Rahul Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Present writ petition is preferred seeking following principal reliefs:-

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to close the History Sheet bearing No.13B of the petitioner.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to interfere in personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application/representations dated 18.7.2022 and 01.8.2022 moved by the petitioner before the respondent authotities."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that so far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he has already moved a representation dated 22.09.2022 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jhansi (respondent no.2) for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending. The representation dated 22.9.2022 has been brought on record as Annexure No.SA No.1 to the supplementary affidavit. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representation dated 22.9.2022 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the
