List has been revised. No one is present for the appellant to press this appeal, however, learned AGA for the State is present. C.J.M, Meerut, vide his letter dated 27.9.2021, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Chaman Singh had already expired on 26.10.2010. In verification of his death, statement of Ranjeet Singh Rana son of deceased- Chaman Singh has been recorded. Death Certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Report by S.I. Kuldeep Singh, P.S. Sardhana, District- Meerut has also been annexed.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
