Hon'ble Rajiv Gupta,J.
C.J.M, Agra, vide his letter dated 24.1.2022, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Zahiruddin had already expired. In verification of his death, statement of Mohd. Sabir, brother of the deceased and Shakeel, neighbour of the deceased has been recorded. Death Certificate issued by Parshad, Ward No. 16, Nagar Nigam, Agra has been annexed. Report of S.I. Vivek Kumar, P.S. Mantola, District- Agra has also been submitted.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated
