As per office report dated 20.09.2022, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura has submitted his report dated 18.09.2021 mentioning therein that the appellant-Nando has died on 19.01.2003.
Since the sole appellant-Nando has died, the appeal stands abated against him.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as abated.
