Heard Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the concerned court below to expedite the trial of case crime No.126 of 2011, under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Railway Road, District-Meerut, which is pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut, within a fixed time frame as has been fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant has stated at the bar that a direction may be issued to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid complaint case filed by the applicant as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed off with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
