Office has reported as per communication received from CJM, concerned dated 30.3.2021 that appellant Chandra Pal has died. In this behalf death certificate has been issued from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh and certificate of Gram Pradhan concerned has been annexed with the report, which reveals that he died on 05.12.2015 during treatment P.G.I., Chandigarh.
Appeal stands abated on account of death of sole appellant Chanra Pal.
