As per office report dated 26.9.2022, report of the C.J.M., Muzaffar Nagar dated 17.4.2021 has been received regarding death of sole appellant- Balister. Statement of wife of deceased appellant, report of police station concerned, statement of father of deceased appellant and serving officer along with death certificate is annexed with the report.
This appeal was filed against the judgment and order dated 19.7.1996 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffar Nagar in S.T. No. 182 of 1993, whereby the appellant was convicted under Section 326 IPC and sentenced for a period of three years thereunder.
Since the sole appellant Balister is reported to be dead, the appeal stands dismissed as abated.
