Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, has submitted report dated 27.05.2022 stating therein that accused-appellant Kehari Singh S/o Antram, Village Tehra, P.S. Sureer, District Mathura, has died 16-17 years ago.
Office has submitted report dated 17.08.2022 that the sole appellant Kehari Singh has died.
As the sole appellant Kehari Singh has died, hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
Lower Court record be transmitted to the District Court concerned.
