Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, has submitted report dated 27.05.2022 stating therein that accused-appellant Kukkoo S/o Moiuddin, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura, has died in the year 1994.
Office has submitted report dated 17.08.2022 that the sole appellant Kuddoo has died.
As the sole appellant Kukkoo has died in the year 1994, hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
Lower Court record be transmitted to the District Court concerned.
