The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Abdullah, against the judgement and order dated 28.10.1985 passed by Special Judge, Bareilly, in Case No. 2 of 1985, under Section 3/7 E.C. Act, P.S.- Bagheri, District Bareilly.
As per office report dated 2.9.2022, a report from C.J.M. concerned dated 1.9.2022 has been received stating therein that the appellant has died around 7-8 years back. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of the statements of the witnesses and death certificate have also been annexed thereto.
Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks from today.
