The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Shyam Babu, against the judgement and order dated 2.9.1985 passed by V Additional Sessions Judge, Mainpuri, in S.T. No. 64 of 1985, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C., P.S.- Bevar, District Mainpuri.
As per office report dated 16.5.2022, a report from C.J.M. concerned dated 1.7.2022 has been received stating therein that the appellant has died on 16.7.2013. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of the statements of the witnesses have also been annexed thereto.
Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks from today.
