In compliance of this Court's order dated 3.3.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 5361 of 2003, Pankaj Rai and Another Vs. State of U.P. , Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh has submitted its report dated 24.01.2022 stating therein that appellant, Lalji S/o Vikrama Rai has died.
Office has also submitted its report dated 04.04.2022 to the same effect.
In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the complainant/informant of this case through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh.
