The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Jamil against the judgment and order dated 20.08.1987 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Rampur in Sessions Trial No. 204 of 1986, Police Station Bilaspur, District Rampur.
As per office report dated 24.08.2022 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 28.04.2022 informed that the appellant-Jamil has died 18 years ago. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of death certificate have also been annexed thereto.
Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
