The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Laxmi Narain Chaubey against the judgment and order dated 14.01.1987 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in Sessions Trial No. 291 of 1985, Police Station Lalganj, District Mirzapur.
As per office report dated 11.05.2022 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 21.12.2021 informed that the appellant-Laxmi Narain Chaubey has died on 10.06.2015. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the certified copy of village pradhan have also been annexed thereto.
Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge concerned within two weeks from today.
