As per the office report dated 19.07.2022, the report of C.J.M., Saharanpur has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Shami has died on 24.09.2021. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.
This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Shami has died on 24.09.2021.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
