Order on Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application dated 16.03.2022:-
The present review application has been filed alongwith the delay condonation application by Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari learned counsel who was not the original counsel. The review application on behalf of the subsequent counsel cannot be entertained. Moreover, there is a delay of about four years which is sought to be explained in paragraph Nos.3 & 4 of the affidavit accompanying delay condonation application. The explanation of delay for four years in seeking review of the special appellate court order is not to the satisfaction of the Court.
The delay condonation application is rejected.
The review application is, accordingly , dismissed.
