Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.07.2015, notices were issued to the revisionists to engage another counsel.
As per office report dated 22.09.2022, neither vakalatnama nor unserved notice has been received in the office as yet. Therefore, service of notice upon revisionists is deemed to be sufficient.
No one appears on behalf of the revisionists It appears that by the efflux of time the revisionists have lost interest in pursuing their case.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
