Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court dated 23.07.2019 passed in Contempt No.196 of 2019 has been wilfully defied by the respondents.
As the order relied by the learned counsel for the applicant is observed in the aforesaid Contempt Petition, therefore, multiple contempts is not permissible and in case any violation is made by the respondent authorities, then it is always open to the the applicant to move application for recall before Contempt Judge.
In view of the above, the contempt application is misconceived and is hereby dismissed .
