From perusal of the order of writ Court it transpires that the Court had directed the opposite party to decide the representation of the applicant without venturing into the merits of the case.
An affidavit of compliance has been filed today which is taken on record, wherein annexure No. 1 is the decision taken by the opposite party to the representation filed by the applicant dated 07.05.2022.
In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party and representation of the applicant has been decided on 07.05.2022, present contempt application is rendered infructuous.
