Learned Standing Counsel states that the arrears of 17 months' salary has been credited in the account of applicant and necessary order in this respect has been placed, which is taken on record.
If the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, he may avail appropriate legal remedy available in law.
Since the order of Writ Court dated 04.12.2019 passed in WritA No.47390 of 2015 has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and it is consigned to record.
