On 24.8.2022, following order was passed:-
"Issue notice to opposite parties to show cause as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against them for deliberate and willful disobedience of writ court's order dated 12.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.4226(M/B) of 2018."
Office vide its report dated 11.10.2018 has reported that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, counsel for the applicant failed to take steps so notice could not be issued.
As it is evident from the record that neither the steps were taken on time nor anyone has put in appearance, therefore, it is evident that the applicant is reluctant to pursue the case.
Accordingly,the present contempt application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
