Shri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent informs that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with and the restoration application has been decided by the competent authority on 20.11.2021. It is further submitted that the afÏdavit of compliance has also been filed, which is on record. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efÏcacy and may be dismissed.
Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel and going through the contents of the afÏdavit of compliance, the application stands dismissed as infructuous.
