Security Act. Even as per investigation, the role of applicant has been shown in conspiracy and not in firing at the deceased. Learned senior counsel submitted that similarly placed coaccused Vikram and Vijay have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, copies of which have been annexed along with the supplementary affidavit dated 22.11.2020. Learned senior counsel submitted that against the orders, by which this Court has granted bail to co-accused Vikram and Vijay, the complainant has approached the Hon'ble Apex Court but his S.L.P. was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 01.03.2021 and order of grant of bail to said co-accused Vikram and Vijay was confirmed. It was pointed out that during investigation, on the basis of informer, the two assailants, namely, Amit and Rahul, who are alleged to be professional killer, were arrested by the police and they have disclosed the name of one Harendra Pradhan and stated that said Harendra Pradhan has asked them to kill some property dealer and he has to give Rs. 4,00,000/- and 5,00,000/- to them and thereafter on 16.04.2018 they have committed the incident in question. Co-accused Amit was also granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.04.2019, which was challenged by the complainant by filing an S.L.P. before the Hon'ble Apex Court, wherein by order dated 19.08.2019, the bail order of co-accused Amit was set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court and accused Amit was given liberty to renew the prayer for bail, in case the trial is not concluded within one year from that order. Referring to the facts of the matter and statements of witnesses, learned senior counsel submitted that case of applicant is at par with co-accused Vikram and Vijay, who have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court and those bail orders have been upheld by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the S.L.P.
