witnesses, namely, Sadanand Chaudhary, Ramesh Yadav and Munna Lal Gupta, who assigned general role to the applicant. The injured, Ramnath Yadav, has also not assigned any specific role to the applicant. The applicant had no motive to cause the aforesaid injury. He has been implicated on account of political reasons. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 01.12.2021.
