The injured, Ramnath Yadav, has also not assigned any specific role to the applicant. The applicant had no motive to cause the aforesaid injury. He has been implicated on account of political reasons. He has criminal history of two cases u/s 392/411 I.P.C. He is languishing in jail since 24.11.2021.
