It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases, namely, (i) Case Crime No. 330 of 2021 u/s 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B I.P.C., P.S.Sachendi, District- Kanpur Nagar, in which he has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 28512 of 2022 and (ii) Case Crime No. 192 of 2021 u/s 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Sachendi, DistrictKanpur Nagar, in which he has been enlarged on bail by the trial court concerned. Copy of the aforesaid orders have been annexed as Annexure No. 3 to the afÏdavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from two cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of one case, namely, Case Crime No. 347 of 2021 u/s 3/25/27 of Arms Act, P.S.- Sachendi, District- Kanpur Nagar, in which the applicant has been granted bail by the trial court concerned. Copy of the aforesaid order has been annexed as Annexure No. 4 to the afÏdavit filed in support of the bail application. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.10.2021. It is further submitted that identically circumstanced co-accused persons, namely, Sushil Pal and Lalu Singh @ Sanjay Singh, have been enlarged on bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide
