other accused persons, the police after concluding the investigation, submitted charge sheet, however as against the applicant no charge sheet was submitted and the investigation continued. The charge sheeted accused persons were released on bail and after being released on bail, their case was committed to the Court of Session and the trial proceeded against them and the husband as well as the mother in-law of the deceased have been acquitted by the judgment and order dated 19.2.2022. Subsequently, it appears that charge sheet was submitted against the applicant also and the Court had taken cognizance on 11.10.2022, consequent to the filing of the charge sheet, the applicant surrendered before the court below and is in jail since 6.10.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant has next submitted that even during the course of investigation, the applicant has cooperated in the investigation by all means and was directed to be released on anticipatory bail. There is no specific allegation against the applicant and only role assigned to the applicant is that of conspiracy with the main accused persons in causing the death of the victim-deceased, as such, he be released on bail.
