1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

1. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in FIR No.105 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Barasagwar, District Unnao.

1. The accused-applicant is wife of the deceased-Sukhdeen. The deceased was living along with the accused-applicant and his children separately from other family members. On the date of incident i.e. 22.07.2021, the complainant, elder brother of the deceased got information that his brother deceased-Sukhdeen has been killed. Allegation against the accusedapplicant is that she along with her paramour, Suneel had killed the deceased. Even children of the deceased and the accused-applicant in their statements have alleged involvement of the accused-applicant in the commission of the offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, relationship of the accused-applicant and the deceased, involvement of the accused-applicant in the commission of the offence, this Court does not consider it to be a fit case for enlarging the accused-applicant on bail at this stage. This bail application is thus, rejected.
