This is a repeat application.
Learned counsel for applicant contends that this second application for bail has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time. The applicant has already been acquitted by Court below. He, therefore, submits that present repeat application be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for applicant.
In view of above, this repeat application is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
