It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case for making demand of dowry and harassment of the deceased, who was wedded to her son in the year 2016 and committed suicide by hanging on 27.01.2022. Further submitted that being motherin-law of the deceased she has been named in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that the deceased had no male child that was the reason she was under treatment for a long period and even on 26.01.2022 she was taken to Pragya Clinic, Gaushala Road, Siwan and prescription was given by the Dr. (Mrs.) R. Kiran which shows that she was under depression that was the reason she committed suicide by hanging. It is further submitted that she left a note before committing suicide in which she had not made any specific allegation against this applicant, but mentioned that she became tired in the family that was the reason she opted for committing suicide without assigning fault to anyone in the family. The applicant is in jail since 08.02.2022 having no any criminal antecedent. In case she is released on bail, she will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in trial.
