This is second bail application.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has not committed any offence. The applicant is husband of deceased and his marriage with deceased has taken place one year prior to the incident. The allegations regarding dowry demand and harassment of deceased made against the applicant and co-accused persons are false and only general allegations of dowry demand and harassment have been levelled. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2021, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 47407 of 2021. Learned counsel submitted that after rejection of first bail application, statements of P.W.1 Ranjor Singh, who is father of deceased, and P.W.2 Hemlata, who is mother of deceased, have already been recorded before the trial court and they have not supported prosecution version and turned hostile.
