It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the applicant that in this case applicant was granted anticipatory bail till filling of police report under Section 173 (2) CrPC, vide order dated 23.05.2022 passed by this Court. Report under Section 173 (2) has not been filed so far.
Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the instant application for anticipatory bail may be disposed of finally in terms of order dated 23.05.2022.
In view of aforesaid, the instant application for anticipatory bail is finally disposed of in terms of order dated 23.05.2022 passed by this Court.
