were recovered from the place of incident and after second spot inspection two more were recovered. The applicant has no connection with the case of the niece of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is allegation of firing by a licenced rifle but in the FSL report no firing by licenced rifle has been found. The motive for commission of the said offence as mentioned in the FIR is incorrect.
