1.Heard Sri Ashvni Mishra, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri A.K. Pandey, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
2.The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2021, under Sections 323, 377, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Chandaus, District Aligarh.
3.The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. dated 17-12-2021 lodged by an informant against two named accused persons, including the applicant, alleging that both the accused persons had forcibly made the informant's son consume liquor and they had beaten the informant's son and when the informant had gone to save his son they had abused and beaten the informant also.
4.In the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., he stated that both the accused persons had consumed liquor along with the victim and after he got in an inebriated condition, both the accused persons had physically abused him and they had also beaten him.
