The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Firoz, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2021, under Sections 363,376DA,302,201,120-B IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act Police Station Simbhawali, District- Hapur during pendency of trial.
There is allegation of abduction of minor girl, committing rape and causing her death . The medical report supports the allegations made against the applicant..
In view of the above, it is not a fit case for granting bail.The bail application of the applicant is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the present case and conclude the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
