Learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State are present.
It was pointed out by learned AGA that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been executed against the applicant.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application for anticipatory bail may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the court concerned.
Accordingly, the instant application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
It is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks from today and applies for regular bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided by the court below expeditiously in accordance with settled law.
