and Section 3/4 D.P. Act against her husband/deceased and his family members, thus, this possibility cannot be ruled out that deceased might have ran away from there. Only vague allegations have been levelled against applicant. There is no motive at all that why the applicant would harass her husband. Referring to facts of the matter, it is submitted that there is no evidence that applicant has abetted the deceased to commit suicide. During investigation, the applicant has co-operated with investigation agency and her statement was also recorded. After investigation the charge-sheet has been filed and thus, applicant is no more required for any further investigation. The applicant has no criminal antecedents and that applicant undertakes to co-operate during trial and she would appear as and when required by the Court. It has been stated that in case, applicant is granted anticipatory bail, she shall not misuse the liberty of bail and will co-operate during trial and would obey all conditions of bail.
