complainant party was trying to take possession over the disputed land. It was submitted that complainant party has attacked the applicant and his family members and in that connection the first information report vide Crime No. 102 of 2022 was lodged on 03.05.2022 at 1.56 hours for offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 308, 504, 506 and 307 IPC against the complainant of this case and his family members. In the said incident applicant has sustained as many as eight injuries including fracture and co-accused persons have also sustained injuries. It was submitted that after registration of first information report from the side of applicant against the complainant and others, the first information report of this case was lodged at 2.36 hours on 03.05.2022. In the alleged incident neither the complainant nor his son has sustained any grievous injury. Referring to injury report and supplementary report, it was submitted that injuries sustained by both the injured are simple in nature. It has further been submitted that applicant has no criminal antecedents and that no coercive process has been issued against the applicant so far. The applicant undertakes to co-operate during investigation and trial and he would appear as and when required by the investigating agency or Court. It has been stated that in case, the applicant is granted anticipatory bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail and will co-operate during investigation and would obey all conditions of bail.
