The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicants Shyamdei, Viccky @ Vikas and Munna Chauhan under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 107 of 2021, for offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Ahraura, District- Mirzapur during pendency of the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
