The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, namely, Ram Samujh Gaur, Awad Raji, Mukesh Gaur, Ramesh Gaur and Neelam in Case Crime No. 119 of 2018, under Section 308 IPC, Police Station - Kaptanganj, District - Azamgarh.
