Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
As per learned counsel for the applicant, the present applicant is apprehending his arrest in Case Crime No.112 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 354-A, 354-B, 323, 376-D, 494, 452 IPC and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Right of Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station- Sahibabad, DistrictGhaziabad.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the applicant may be permitted to file regular bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the bail application at the earliest.
Considering the aforesaid request, I hereby dispose of this anticipatory bail application finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the competent court of law within a period of two weeks and if such bail application is filed, the same may be considered and disposed of with expedition without adjourning the case for any valid reason.
