The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Rishabh Sareen under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2022 for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police StationJahangirabad, District-Bulandshahar, till the conclusion of the trial, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant by Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar vide order dated 14.02.2022.
Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
