The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Siraj Ahmad under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2020, for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120-B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Bhojpur, District Moradabad, till the conclusion of the trial, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant by Special Judge (E.C. Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Moradabad vide order dated 19.02.2022
Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
